Calls never stop.
We never charge you without asking.
That's the whole billing policy. Running out of minutes never sends a caller to voicemail, and there is no automatic overage billing — ever. You get alerts at 70% and 90% of your allowance, and extra minutes only exist if you buy them on purpose.

Top-Up Minutes
Busy Month? Buy Minutes — Cheaper Than Your Plan Rate
Top-up blocks are pre-purchased and never auto-charged. They're priced below your in-plan rate, because growing shouldn't be a penalty. Minutes roll over until you use them.

Billing FAQ
The Questions You Should Ask Any Answering Service
What happens when I run out of minutes?
Nothing bad. Your calls keep being answered — running out of minutes never sends a caller to voicemail. We text and email you at 70% and 90% of your allowance with a one-tap top-up link, and if you blow past it, we keep answering while we ask you what you'd like to do. We never charge your card without you saying yes.
Do you charge overage fees automatically?
Never. There is no automatic overage billing at any tier. Extra minutes come from top-up blocks you buy on purpose, priced below your in-plan rate — so a busy month costs you less per minute, not more. Most answering services do the opposite and bill you at invoice time; read their terms.
What counts as a minute?
Talk time on real calls. We don't bill you for spam or robocalls, hang-ups under 15 seconds, wrong numbers, ring time, or hold time. Some well-known services bill 'all calls, including solicitations/robocalls, hang-ups, and callers with the wrong number' — their words, not ours. We think that's absurd.
Do unused top-up minutes expire?
No. Top-up blocks are one-time purchases and the minutes roll over until you use them.
What is Standby, exactly?
A $29/mo hold for your slow season. Your number, greetings, scripts, escalation rules, and integrations all stay exactly where you left them, and calls still get answered against a 50-minute allowance. When the busy season hits, switch back to Core or Pro in one click. Cancelling with other services deletes your configuration — Standby is how you avoid rebuilding it every year.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, drop to Standby, or cancel whenever you like — month to month, no contracts, no 90-day minimums.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — start on any plan and try it with your real calls. If it's not for you, cancel and you owe nothing.
